A jury convicted appellant, Trenda Loue Kemmerer, of felony murder and assessed punishment at 55 years in prison. *fn1 See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. * 19.02(b)(3) (Vernon 2003). We determine (1) whether the evidence is factually sufficient to prove that appellant intentionally and knowingly caused bodily injury that resulted in death and (2) whether the trial court erred in admitting excerpts against appellant from appellant's videotaped deposition taken during prior civil litigation. We affirm.
